THE ACADEMY

AHF | The Academy is the capacity-building and knowledge arm of the Arab Hospitals Federation. It was established to translate AHF’s decades of regional healthcare engagement into structured training, applied consultancy, and research that respond to the evolving needs of hospitals and health systems across the Arab region. Over the years, AHF has worked closely with public and private hospitals, health authorities, professional bodies, and regional partners, gaining deep insight into the operational, clinical, and governance challenges faced by healthcare institutions. The Academy was created to transform this collective experience into practical, accessible pathways that support hospitals in strengthening performance, improving quality and safety, and building resilient, future-ready systems. The Academy serves healthcare leaders, clinicians, middle managers, and specialized teams through initiatives that are grounded in regional healthcare realities and designed to be directly applicable within hospital environments. Its work focuses on developing people and institutions together, supporting workforce capability, institutional governance, and system-wide improvement in a coordinated and sustainable manner.
